DeLaval has decided to start a regional Recruitment Program in Latin America aiming at developing highly skilled leadership candidates. We are looking for high potential candidates for a program covering; an overview of the organisation and tasks, important work processes, communication channels, DeLaval corporate culture and product portfolio to finally become Solution Managers in companies located in Latin America.

What we expect:
• Successfully completed university degree: Veterinarian, Agronomist Engineer or Zoo-technician.
• Initial practical business experience or likewise.
• Motivation, commitment, initiative, goal orientation, team spirit and ability to think and act responsibly.
• Interest in continuous further development.
• Excellent English is mandatory and Spanish or Portuguese as mother tongue.
• Understanding the importance of milk for world food supply.
• Recently graduated or latest December 2009.
• Available to live in other city/state and travel.
